Shirovasti
Shiro means head and vasti means container , this is the procedure involving intensive herbal oil application, that is essentially an herbal oil bath for your head. Leather cap is placed on the head and flour is kneaded all around the bottom of the cap to prevent the oil from flowing out. Lukewarm medicated oil is then poured on the entire head for a specific time
